1. Delivery timescales
All orders received are processed and, if the stock is available, despatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, your products will usually be with you in just a few days.
If you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Friday, the goods will usually be despatched the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon will be despatched the following working day.
IMPORTANT: UK MAIL will not leave parcels without a signature. If possible, please try to arrange for your order to be delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it.
2. How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders are either sent by UK Mail or, for certain products, by Royal Mail First Class (UK only) and should be with you in 1-3 working days.

3. Lost Packages
On rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from KFS.
