  1. I need to return an item, what should I do?

     If you wish to return an item to us which is faulty, damaged, received in error (you did not order) or for any other reason that may be our fault, email us immediately and we shall arrange:1. A replacement to be sent to you. or 2. A refund for the item being returned. In these circumstances, we shall be responsible for the cost of the returns postage. We will either arrange collection by courier or ask you to send the item back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Only when we receive the item, can we send a replacement or issue a refund. If you receive an item that you wish to return, you must do so within 14 days of the date you receive the item. Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition. All you pay for is the return postage of the items - you will be responsible for the condition of the item(s) until they reach us - we would suggest that you use a secure or recorded delivery method which requires a signature on delivery. Once we have received the item, and it is in satisfactory condition, we shall make a refund to you.
